The Senior Legacy Project provides recipients with an opportunity to transform their commitment to service into meaningful action. During their senior year, recipients are encouraged to design and lead a project that addresses a community need while creating a lasting, positive impact in the Upton community.

The Senior Legacy Project

Recipients are expected to:

  • Identify a meaningful need within the Upton community.

  • Design and lead a service project that addresses that need.

  • Develop a project plan, budget, and timeline.

  • Collaborate with community partners, when appropriate.

  • Complete the project during their senior year.

  • Submit a final report summarizing the project's impact.

Funding

Recipients may use up to $500 to support reasonable expenses directly related to the approved Legacy Project. Projects should demonstrate thoughtful planning and responsible stewardship of available resources.

Funding Disclaimer: Legacy Project funding is intended solely for approved project expenses. Any significant changes to the approved project or budget must receive prior approval.
